Replace your studio with Photoshop

Ahhh, the benefit of post-processing. This image originally was taken in high-daylight sun. The lovely model (my wife) had pale white skin, shadows in all the wrong places, and the overall photograph was high contrast.

In Photoshop I added two lights (a big main to the upper right with a yellow gel, and a reflector to the low left), a little burn to the shadows, and some cropping. Now we have a treasured family picture. (BTW – that model is a sixty year-old woman!)

Honestly, that is the same raw file!
